Overview

The FX26 Defender Forestry Mulcher is the product of years of high-performance brush cutter engineering. It packs a powerful punch in a small package and attaches easily to most mini excavators and compact excavators.

It is the perfect tool for property maintenance, to clear a right-of-way, open up a view, or to create a defensible space in areas where wildfires are a threat.

Performance

The FX26 Defender Forestry Mulcher is a fixed-tooth forestry cutter that weighs only 785 pounds. It is designed to operate on the standard thumb circuit on all 8,000 – 16,000-pound compact and mini excavators.  Its Quadco cutter knives have four positions and will make short work of trees up to 6 inches in diameter as well as vines, grasses and other material.
